Quechua Language
The term “Quechua” refers to the former Inca Empire in South America, and the principal languages currently spoken in the the central Andes.
Though Quechuan is still spoken by large groups of South American Indians, the number of speakers is in decline due to Spanish being the official language of both education and government.
